The basics

This shop is run by Crafted Keepsakes by Annie, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By ordering you are agreeing to what is on this page.

Prices and orders
Prices are in pounds and include everything except postage, which is added at checkout. I am not VAT registered, so there is no VAT on your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when I confirm your order by email.

If I cannot make something, or I have priced something wrongly, I will tell you and refund you in full.

Personalisation
I make personalised items exactly as you write them. Check your spelling. Once made, they cannot be returned for a change of mind, as set out in my refunds policy. I will not print anything offensive, anything that infringes someone else's trademark or
copyright, or anything I am not comfortable making. If I decline, I will refund you in full.

Products
Everything is made by hand, so there will be small variations between items. Colours can look different on different screens. This is the nature of handmade work, not a fault.

Liability
Nothing here limits my responsibility for death, personal injury, or anything else the law does not let me limit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
