The United Kingdom.

Collection
If you are local, you can collect for free. Choose Local pickup at checkout and I will message you when your order is ready and arrange a time.

Postage
Postage is worked out by weight at checkout, so you see the cost before you pay. I send by Royal Mail.

When your order will be ready
Everything is made by hand, one at a time, so this depends on what you have ordered and what else is in the queue. I will confirm a timescale with you once I have your order, and I will tell you as soon as it goes out.

If you need something for a particular date, a birthday, a party, a holiday, tell me before you order and I will be honest about whether I can do it. I will always dispatch within 30 days of your order at the very latest.

If it does not arrive
Royal Mail occasionally loses things. If your order has not turned up when it should have, email me and I will chase it. I will not leave you out of pocket for something the post lost.
