Frequently asked questions

Can I put any name or word on it?
Almost always yes. Choose Yes under Personalisation on the product, then write what you would like in the box that appears underneath. I will not print anything offensive or anything under someone else's trademark, and if I have to decline I will refund you in full.

How much does personalisation cost?
It is added to the price when you choose it, so you will see the total before you pay.

How long will my order take?
It depends on what you have ordered. Everything is made by hand, one at a time, so I will confirm a timescale with you once I have your order and tell you when it goes out. If you need something for a set date, tell me before you order.

Can I collect instead of paying postage?
Yes, and it is free. Choose Collection, arranged with Annie at checkout. I will message you once your order is ready and we will sort out a time and place, usually a class, a competition or somewhere local.

What sizes do you do?
T-shirts run from 1 year up to XXXL in men's and women's. Pyjamas run from 6 to 12 months up to 13 to 14 years. Active Angels clothing runs from age 4 to 13. Sizes are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes, size up.

Can I return a personalised item?
Not for a change of mind, because I cannot sell it to anyone else. If it is faulty or I have made a mistake, absolutely, tell me and I will remake it. Full details on my refunds page.

How do I wash it?
Inside out, cool wash, and do not tumble dry the printed side. That is most of it.

Can I order in bulk for a class or a team?
Yes, and it is worth asking. For six or more of the same item I price and plan it separately, so message me instead of ordering through the basket. Everything you need to send me is on my bulk and team orders page.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Message me on Facebook or Instagram, or email craftedkeepsakesbya@gmail.com, and tell me what you are after.

Where can I see what you have made recently?
On Instagram and Facebook. That is where the newest pieces go up first, usually before they make it onto the site.

Where are you based?
Dunfermline, Fife. I post across the UK and do local collection.
